Heart face shape
A wide forehead, defined cheekbones and a narrow chin, sometimes pointed.
An inverted-triangle face, with the width on top. The idea is to lighten the forehead and give presence to the lower half.

Light and shadow for your face
Shadow: Shadow on the temples and under the cheekbones: it lightens the top of the face.
Light: Light in the centre of the forehead, under the eyes, on the bridge of the nose and on the chin.
Always blend: contouring is light and shadow, never lines. Choose a matte shade one or two tones deeper than your skin.
A first, indicative look: a CARO consultation confirms it in person, with real clothes and frames.
